I phoned cs on a recommendation and i was really pleased that i did.our boiler had stopped working and they were very prompt at fixing it. They then came out 2 weeks later to service the boiler change some pipework and fit a filter to the system. I expected the engineer who had diagnosed the fault but it was a different man which didn’t make sense to me as Andy the original, knew where everything was. It would have been logical to have had him in my opinion. I was surprised that hot water was not checked on in the shower and kitchen. I did this afterwards when I discovered 2 damp plastic sacks in the bathroom. I expected to pay him as I had paid Andy However he said the company would send an invoice but it would have been done with, taken care of. I hope that all is good. My boiler is in the loft and I haven’t been up there.

This company was recommended to me by neighbours. Very prompt and quick call out for broken boiler. Michael very helpful, found the replacement part, collected and installed it. He also gave me a quick lesson on how to work the boiler as I’ve just moved in! I will certainly use them again and will take out their maintenance contract which seems very reasonably priced for the service offered. Excellent all round!

I was very pleased with the completed repair, as our bathroom toilet was now operating efficiently and effectively. However, since one of the necessary parts was unavailable, a second visit was required with a different engineer. Both engineers were helpful. We were pleased with the quality of the repair.

We are very pleased with our new bathroom and it has been admired by all our visitors. This week has been quite an experience albeit a very satisfying one with CS Heating & Plumbing. I needed a heating company to ensure that my boiler and plumbing was taken care of on a regular basis and after reading some of the reviews on CS I decided to contact them. Right from the start I knew I had chosen the right company from the first phone call which was answered immediately by Emma who was friendly, considerate and professional. An assessment visit was arranged and then carried out professionally and on time by Andy. There were a few works that were needed to bring the system to the required level of acceptance, and this was arranged for just two days later with Michael who again arrived well within the given time, and he was really helpful and explained exactly what he would be doing. Another really good experience which made me feel my heating was in good hands. Professional but caring. Everything done within the week and I couldn't be happier with my overall experience of this company. Just wish we could have this sort of service from other businesses. Phoned C S Heating & Plumbing, (after having a plumber come out twice to fix a leak) in no time Rob arrived who checked out the leak I had, he isolated the leak, as it was a bigger job than we thought, next day John arrived, and where I thought it was going to be a complicated fix, with johns outstanding knowledge and experience did the job, he was so approachable, explaining all he was doing, cleaned up everything after him, was so grateful, will certainly recommend to friends and family. As always this company provided an exemplary service at a very fair price. I wouldn't consider looking elsewhere for any of my plumbing or heating needs. The help from CS Heating&Plumbing, in my opinion is second to none.

From start to finish, the process was excellent. The person providing the quotation was very knowledgeable and carried out a thorough inspection of our existing system. He was able to suggest various alternative options and explained the pros and cons of each. He gave us great confidence that he understood our requirements and that CS Heating would do a good job. The installation engineer was equally knowledgeable, arrived on time each day and worked incredibly hard throughout. He kept us fully informed of what he was doing and treated both us and our home with respect. Although we had no personal contact with the team “back at base”, they clearly worked hard to support the engineer onsite (supplying equipment and materials) and to provide a good admin and finance service.

Engineer attended on the day, did not waste any time, fixed the problem within the hour and also fixed leaky radiator valves. Engineer was polite, efficient and explained the problem. Company were also very helpful when I called on New years day and the boiler pipe was leaking water! Most other engineers were unavailable on this bank holiday day. Thank you.

Called out on the Friday evening during Christmas week to my elderly mother (101) as her boiler had stopped working, She had no heating or hot water. The engineer came in 1 hour of my call. Unfortunately a part was required that he didn’t carry, but he left her with 2 electric heaters. The next day he went out of his way to find the replacement part (not easy on 28th December) and came back to fit it that afternoon. Above all he was kind and courteous to her. Much appreciation!

A home drama when our bath filled with water and would not empty, i tried my best to deal with it, but failed completly,so i rang cs as they had previously carried out good work for me before. Andy arrived promptly, and immediately set to work to find out why our water pressure is so poor. He eventually tracked it down to the cellar. This is now being rectified. Andy was courteous and helpful. He sent videos to explain the problem, which was really helpful. Highly recommend the company.

They came and told us what they would be doing, the quote for the work we were happy with. They arrived at a good time. We were expecting the new boiler to take a day and a half as there were a few other bits to do. Our engineer finished in a day. No mess was left, we were very happy with this service and will be using these guys again.

CS Plumbing replaced a leaking shower. We wanted a complete replacement which involved levelling the floor, installing a new shower tray, glass walls, new piping and using high quality materials. Everything is perfect. CS Plumbing have done a number of jobs for us over the past few years. They are very professional and approachable. We trust them implicitly as they have never let us down.

Boiler man was on time which is always good and he was very pleasant.

Efficient, fast & friendly service from first point of contact. Options were clearly explained to me and I feel comfortable that I am in safe hands when making a big decision to have a new boiler fitted.

We contacted CS as we had low water pressure in our shower (moved house) and the radiators were not getting warm. Tom visited and performed a diagnostic. This was escalated to their surveyor who visited straight away and advised us what we should do. We went ahead with their suggestion and are very happy to report the showers have excellent pressure and the heating is performing much better. The team were professional and very tidy, they kept us informed and showed us the work completed which was to a very high standard. We will use them again and happily recommend their services.

I had a leak in my bathroom and rang the emergency helpline number. The Engineer who came was very thorough, cheerful and polite despite the fact that he was coming to the end of a long tiring day. He got the fault fixed, told us what the problem was and gave us advice as to what to do over the next few days. All told a First Class job.

We moved in the summer and didn’t start renovations until the autumn. We wanted to convert an old, tiny bathroom into a modern shower room. Most plumbers were busy with emergencies and heating installations. CS Heating were able to fit us in. The whole process went incredibly smoothly with their surveyor Dave coming out to discuss our needs and ideas and giving us further food for thought. Dean is a perfectionist and was able to handle the electrics and tiling alongside the intricate plumbing. He was also quiet (no radio) and tidy. They came in on budget and we will definately be using them again.

CS Heating & Plumbing are first rate, a real treasure. First plumber Harry sorted out a troublesome shower followed by Andy, a special forces heating engineer, diagnosed and sorted out three issues. A very competent and reliable company, very reasonable prices, could not be more pleased.

CS heating carried out works to fit my 90 year old mother a new bathroom . The fitter Dave was amazing. He was there every day and worked so hard clearing up as he went . He kept me in the loop of what he was doing and despite there being issues when they stripped the room out ( a burst pipe has caused considerable damp he wasn’t fazed at all . The whole process was seemless and the company were very professional and completed on time I would highly recommend them .

I had no heating in the house and the boiler was not igniting. Tom arrived dead on time at 8am and got straight to the job. Tom was a very pleasant and polite young man and took his shoes off at the front door so as not to get mud on my carpets! 🙂 He soon got to the heart of the problem and realized that the pump in the storage boiler had failed. It was a tricky job as this was an old boiler and a closed system. However, Tom replaced with a new pump and got the job completed within 1 hour. He was fast and efficient and the boiler is now working perfectly. I would highly recommend C.S Heating & Plumbing and would definitely use them for any future plumbing or heating needs.

Josh and Ben came out very quickly to sort out a flushing problem in our very old outside loo. After initial incredulity that such an antiquated fitting was still in use, a small amount of high level investigation discovered and remedied the problem in less than a minute! Well done and thank you!

In view of the misunderstanding by administration over the invoice issued in error I can confirm Andy was punctual polite and knew his job. The service was 5 star for the boiler service and for the replacement part. We are happy to use them again and accept this was a misunderstanding. The original price was fair.

Recently my landlord was advised my immersion heater was end of life, scaled up beyond repair. After authorising a complete replacement CS arranged the installation. The job was booked for 8am, the engineer rang my doorbell at 8am. The old tank was taken out, cleanly, then the replacement was fitted to ensure it paired up with existing pipework. After the job was complete he cleaned down and went above and beyond to ensure it was if he hadn't been there. He did afantaatic job all round and I am glad my landlord has used CS for a while now. We've been using CSHeating ever since the early days when Calvin set up the company and been using them faithfully ever since. A sudden catastrophic boiler failure this week necessitated a call out at a time of year when the guys are under seasonal pressure. My boiler needed a service and was losing pressure daily. After working my way through check a trade and getting no responses, I contacted CS Heating and Plumbing. I wish I’d known about them earlier. The phone was answered straight away, an appointment was booked and an appointment confirmation sent via email. On the day Andy the technician rang when he was on his way. The problem with the boiler was immediately located and serviced all in an hour. Andy explained what was wrong and showed me the new part he would fit. Will recommend without hesitation.

From the initial phone enquiry which was answered clearly in a charming and courteous manner ( I think her name was Ellen) through the initial well informed questions to the very quick response by a fitter arriving at the door within an hour. Our boiler failed just after Christmas. C &S came to our rescue with spare heaters whilst searching for a new more powerful boiler. A really professional inspection and survey and recommendations. The new Worcester Bosch boiler and WIFI Nest controller was fitted. All the radiators were balanced and pipes cleared. Super fast follow up to resolve a few radiators not heating properly. An excellent team, delightful to work with, I could not fault them. The house has never been so warm. As a Chartered Engineer myself I can strongly recommend them to you.

Hugely impressed. Dave came round within a few days of initial contact and the estimate was with me the same afternoon. The work installation of 3 new radiators, was carried out quickly and efficiently by 2 engineers and it looks fabulous. The invoice was even received the same afternoon after the work was carried out. Especially impressed bearing in mind I'd contracted 2 other contractors who didn't have the professionalism to call back. I will definitely be using them again.

Emergency out of hours call out for boiler. Call answered straight away. Engineer arrived within the hour. Fixed within 45 mins. Engineer friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable, clean and tidy. Cost exactly as per the quote, no extra charges. Great service, will not hesitate to call again if any problems in the future.

We were given a two hour window for an emergency call out when the boiler shut itself down on a cold snowy Saturday evening. The engineer turned up within half an hour. He diagnosed and solved the problem promptly and gave advise on how to stop the problem happening again. We would definitely recommend and use again.

I was very I impressed by the way your engineer conducted himself and the efficient way he carried out the necessary work and explained what he had done. Incidentally he also fixed the problem with the radiator in the lounge which was not heating up property and which your guy who came last Tuesday failed to do!

First time I used this company (having seen a few vans around - the power of advertising!), and will definitely do so again. So more than good advertsing, this is a great company offering an A1 service in my experience. It proved easy to book a boiler service date online. I then emailed the office in reply to the slot confirmation to see if they had earlier availability and got an instantaneous callback, thereby advancing by 4 days (and therefore pretty much straight away), which was fantastic. So, great customer service, along with very nice and reassuring engineer who did the job with minimum fuss but maximum 'niceness', explaining what was going on as he did so. All for what appears to be a reasonable rate. Will return, well done C.S!

My Dad needed a new kitchen tap, he lives in Whitstable and I live in London. He suggested C S Heating and Plumbing as he had use them before. From the first call to paying the invoice these guys were good. Efficient in letting me know the cost and punctual in turning up. Even when it was discovered that the new tap (which I had purchased) had a flow reducer in it, they were happy to return to sort it out for Dad. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Good communication from the onset: A yearly invite to have the boiler and central heating system checked-up, reminders of the appointment closer to the time, and a Covid safe-guarding email. Also a courtesy phone call 15 min before arrival. The work was clean and efficient, carried out rapidly by a knowledgeable and experienced engineer. He was wearing a face mask and took his boots off before stepping on my brand new carpet. We chose to use CS plumbing to fit our new boiler as they gave us a competitive quote, took the time to find the least disruptive solution and seemed the most knowledgable and trustworthy of all the companies (5) we received advice and quotes from. I am pleased to say that when it came to the actual fitting they lived up to their promises and to our high expectations. The work took 3 days (4 including the lower flush) and they made every effort to keep us updated as it progressed as well as taking extra care to keep the disruption to a minimum, covering our floors and surfaces and cleaning up after themselves each day. They were polite and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them in the further! Thanks Dave and Lee, you did us proud!
